Business hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Payment and Insurance Policies

 

For Quality service at a reasonable cost, we collect payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. I will bill your insurance and you will receive the payment.  If the payment comes to the office by mistake, we will send you the payment.

 

Insurance

 

Please check your policy to explore your insurance plan to find out if and how much you will be reimbursed.  Dr. Malka is a participating provider for most insurance companies under her Chiropractic license.  

 

Automobile Accidents

 

After we confirm coverage of your Medical Payments Benefits we may bill your benefits.  Dr. Malka does not accept attorney liens.
